Embroidering and sewing with metallic thread can be a challenge. But the Husqvarna Viking deluxe™ Stitch System and PFAFF ActivStitch™ technology make it so much easier.
Special sensors measure the thickness of the fabric under the presser foot. The thread metering system automatically regulates the amount of thread used. The needle thread and bobbin thread are optimally looped together. Use very thin or very thick threads, metallics or novelty threads – even all in one embroidery design! The results are impressive, delivers perfect embroidery on a wide variety of fabrics, with different types of thread.

Just make sure to use a Water soluble stabilizer that you can dissolve when the stitching is done.
